In submitting this form, you agree to the room hire Terms & Conditions;

• You agree to leave the room in a clean and acceptable state.
• You agree to reset the room to mirror the images of the room layout displayed in each room. 
• You agree to be ready to leave the room at the end of your booking slot (you must leave enough time to pack up before the end of your time slot).
• You agree NOT to consume any food or drink other than bottled water in any room.
• You agree to adhere to the decibel maximum assigned to the room.
• You agree not to allow unauthorised persons into rooms booked.
