To request support, login with your ICMP gateway credentials and select the 'New Request' menu item. Then you can select a support area, and fill the appropriate form.
Lost login details?
To log in without your own account (in the event you have forgotten or lost your login credentials), you only need your ICMP email address, just go straight to the 'New Request' menu item. You will need only your ICMP email address and name, to select a support area, and fill the form. This will generate a password you can use to get back into your ticket even if you cannot access any other accounts.
