To request support, you only need your ICMP email address, just select the 'New Request' menu item, select a support area, and fill the form.

To create an account;

The system has been configured so that accounts are not required - you can get help without needing to log into the help system just by using your ICMP email address.

However, if you make many requests, or would like to have your own password rather than a computer generated ones for your support tickets, you can create an account and have all of your help requests collated together. To create an account, just click on the below link and follow the instructions:
