To request support, you will need to use your ICMP email address. You may create an account to log into the support system, however this is not required.

To create an account;

The system has been built so that accounts are largely not needed - you can get help without needing to log into the help system. However, if you make many requests, or would like to have your own password rather than a computer generated one for your tickets, you can create an account and have all of your help requests collated together.
