You can log into the Student Helpdesk site by entering your ICMP Network username and password.

This is the same username and password as you use to log into the computers on campus, the Canvas learning resources, or the room booking pages.

If you cannot remember your username and password, then you can create a help request (ticket) without logging in by entering your name and ICMP email address (you will be given a password for the ticket to use in case you cannot access your email either).
